  • There are no handling charges or additional taxes applied to any of our items.

Delivery Timeline

  • We aim to deliver your order within 10-15 working days.

  • Certain tartans are woven to order, which requires an additional 4-5 weeks for the tartan weaving process.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your location and availability of items in stock.

  • You will receive tracking details as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Delivery Locations

  • The delivery services and options offered depend on the contents of your order and your delivery postcode.

  • Please note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes for any of our delivery services.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All returns must be sent back to us at the provided address at your own cost and risk.

  • Only defective items are eligible for exchange. If you encounter an issue with your order, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
